Scrum for Teams Course Overvie
Scrum Master training is designed to provide individuals with the skills and knowledge to effectively manage and facilitate Agile projects using Scrum methodology. The training typically covers a range of topics including Agile principles and values, Scrum framework and roles, Agile planning and estimation, Agile team facilitation, and Agile metrics and reporting. Participants will learn various tools and techniques to effectively manage the Scrum process, facilitate Scrum events, identify and manage project risks and issues, and work effectively with stakeholders.

The training also covers team building, leadership, and communication skills required to manage Scrum teams and drive project success.
